Pray for Baghdad

Zawraa Park is one of the biggest and well-known parks in Baghdad. Its territory used to be occupied by an army camp, but was later transformed into a family-friendly recreation area. Today, it is a green garden area with trees, a lake, water fountains, playgrounds, cafes, an amusement park, and even the Baghdad Zoo. You will see many families enjoying a picnic together, kids playing on playgrounds, friends enjoying paddle boats on the lake, groups enjoying a walk, and fun being had on the roller coasters. It is a beautiful and restful part of the city, and a popular gathering place.

Pray for:   Pray for Jesus to be discovered as the most satisfying joy ever known in Baghdad! Pray that Zawraa park continues to be a safe place where families and friends can come to enjoy rest and fun together. Today, we bless the city to know intimate relationship with our God who crowns them with joy.
